not even kidding (except the 10+ years part, ina just the head start), ive seen people (pre-AI niggertry) go from SOUL to genuinely retweetable art in a span of 9-10 months. it may take longer for some because we all learn at a different pace and some people are simply going to discover they werent that shit at it the entire time
Tablets nowadays are fairly affordable because theres an abundance of competition nowadays so you dont need a 800 dollar Cintiq or Wacom or some shit you can always start small
Also, Ina is a genuine outlier, among her peers who are Mangaka, Illustrators, characters designers, gacha artists, etc etc, her work ethic and speed is legit in the upper echelon of outliers. When she debuted several holo parents just laughed when she would do a lot of drawing streams because she pumped out finished pieces in 3-4 hours, that is actually unheard of in fan art unless youre going for clout meme sketch points
