And now that I have returned, I would like to talk about AI hair.
The new model merge, (which is in fact the final version of bbw_hll3.1 until a new bbw model comes out or a better hll4 model comes out. or I figure out a way to do a good merge with silicon29. ) is ridiculously good at generating hair. It has NO RIGHT being this good. None of the crops in pic related had any inpainting applied, and they were all hires'd through Latent (bicubic-antialiased) at 14 steps (main gen was 28) with a denoising strength of 0.55. The hair has some of the best I have seen in an anime style from ANY model, when it is closer to the scalp it holds it's form and is pretty tight, but as you move further from the scalp the hair gains depth, texture, and becomes more strand like. I didn't even try to prompt for hair this good, this is just how the images came out. I am extremely happy with the results with this last merge.
