Your Kiaras are about 3x more expensive than they ideally would be, so I would sell them and re-invest the chocos into Botan or Kanata, or even the earlier tiers.
In short, sell some of your shions, untill you get close to the ideal price limit (4 400 000 000 chocos), and invest the chocos you get from selling these (and some of your other less efficient purchases) into the buildings that are closer to their ideal price limits.
I'd say the optimal build for you rn would be (starting at choco's) 48 - 50 - 48 - 43 - 38 - 42 - 27 - 19 - 12 - 6 - 1 (ending at Ina's). I dont know if you can afford the ina though, so invest the remaining chocos into anything above Botan.
