Assuming you're running a tight ship, i'd say it takes a couple of days onsite for dry runs plus one day for the show, and rest is a prep time for director to plan the show, artists to bang out assets, blackshirts to shake down the rigs and talents to drill everything down. Since most of the infra is inhouse and assets are done by what could be considered a doujin circle tier contractors, things should be cheap if you ignore massive costs of initial investment to get things up and running in the first place.
