I would say that she would be assertive even somewhat arrogant and patronizing yet open and welcoming to newcomers as 4chan is pretty easily accessible and open for people to find their niche without needing any authentications. Knowledgeable about things but secretive about herself, with a healthy dose of sarcasm and probably with some slight OCD about "the rules". Someone you would like to reach for but can never get your mind around.
I realize these aren't really the traits of your standard bubbly Vtuber personality. I also did not want to go with the generic moe or the stereotypical fujoshi.
