I dont know much about idol stuff in general, but from what i looked into theres a ton of small regional representitive idol groups that are not very well documented? Atleast with foreigner abilities to search. Maybe shes part of them?
If you knew the region and better yet prefecture shes from you could probably get a better chance of stumbling upon her..
