start with a blank shirt (i inpainted to get it blank, i was not gonna reroll those thighs)
open img in img editor
on another layer, write text where you want it to be
behind that layer, make a solid black layer. image needs to be black & white for depth to work
upload to controlnet then inpaint like normal on very high denoise & with tags like (blue text on shirt:1.3)
