The reason Elite Cooking wins out is because A) it has overlapping zones of damage, and B) the zones will all stay directly ontop of you during Yagoo phase. My best so far is ~50 minutes (picrel), and in various other combinations this setup still works the best. Unfortunately Irys scales horribly, so the further you survive, the harder it becomes to keep yourself alive. Unless Half-Angel becomes a %heal instead of flat, or Hope gains some defensive layering, she's going to continuously struggle approaching 1 hour.
