Kasii was pretty well known for awhile because Asmon reacted to a clip of her that blew up and appeared in everyone's recommended videos. I learned of Peo because she was occasionally, although somewhat rarely mentioned before I started watching her and she appeared in filian's vtuber awards in the rising star category. Another one I watch some is Nagi when she does English collabs.
