Finally made A1111 work on my 7900xtx. Had to fix some python libraries importing the wrong stuff but it works in the end. Getting better numbers than comfy, peaking at 17.35 it/s for 512x512 with or without loras. Looking at the performance data numbers, that would be on-par with a 3090 but with more headaches. So save up for 4090's if you can and if they're not 2x the price as they are in my area.
Going back to anon's questions from last thread for accurate loras, here is what I was referring to as a "screenshot generator lora" looks like. This is from a lora trained on debut screenshots and you can see it adding her exact background style with the borders and all.
