Jesus Christ this person is autistic. First off, it didn't seem like he knew her very well, yet he drew fanart of her OC without being told about it. This is very creepy. Also, if you want to get to know somebody, you don't draw their OC, you talk to them. Ask how their day is, talk about art, just do something that isn't creepy.
