But why organize a Con with other agencies when a Holo Meet and Greet is sufficient in bringing in huge crowds?

I'm all for this. Hope it comes to the US soon.
Rather go to a Live Karaoke event than a premade 3D.
3D's are kept real size for immersion, with close-ups on the side screens.
With karaoke, no squinting to see Gooba's face live on the big screen.

When she was flown to Taipei right after HoloFes, she was part in organizing the event and suggested to do a live karaoke, what she loves doing most. Turned out to be a huge success. Is it even fair?

Connect the World sold out.
Dreamhack concert and the Taipei karaoke also initially sold out. But they later added more shit seats.
NijiEN concerts can't even compete with Holo karaoke.

I'd say she is. Doing a live karaoke with the meet and greet was probably her idea. She was excited about the event and it was a huge success. More than a Niji 'concert' and at less cost. She's doing what she likes now. Gura was banned from ever doing that shark baby song, but she sang it in Taipei. She often gets her way.

Gura just proved that you can fill the seats with a karaoke, while Niji 'concerts' are in shambles. Probably was Gura's idea. Doing what she loves. They flew her into Taipei right after Holofes, and this was set up quickly.

Gura foresaw how to make Yagoo's dream become a reality. Genius. She called Yagoo Mr. Worldwide long ago, and we now see it coming to fruition. Only if Cover would stop underestimating her. Her month-long collabs merch sell out by day two. Forced to fly to Taipei right after Holofes, not a day to enjoy Japan. But we see a live karaoke can fill seats just for a meet and greet. A different approach from Niji 'concerts'.
