An epoch is how many steps it takes the AI to go through all the images in your training data, in case you didn't know.The most important part of training a good embed is having a good set of appropriately tagged images. Rather than downloading everything off of a booru and training on that, go through the images and manually delete everything that may muddle the final outcome: rough sketches, weird poses, images with lots of text or watermarks, duplicate images, and similar garbage.
