>>68452769Nah, im not exactly buff or anything wasnt even my intention with it. Im just keeping a general level of fitness. I just trained my legs which helped a bit with chronic pain and im lifting some light 5kg dumbells to keep some arm strength, but i stop there. Wrong board for this.
