One of the reasons Sana still hasn't broken the mainstream fan consciousness is that she hasn't developed any kind of personality-defining "meme." All I can think of is "Sana is big!" and that's such a high-concept, out-the-box meme that it was literally the first thing she ever said on stream. It's not something that emerged naturally like "oh nyo" or "I forgor" or that kind of thing. Everyone else in Council I feel like the average Hololive viewer could at least plausibly describe without even watching them. Sana remains an enigma who most people don't really think about unless they already watch her. I don't know how she solves that, it might just be the collateral damage from her time off.
