I do not think that Mouse did something that pushed Nyan, or even Nyan did something similar. It's just taking time and let everything heal and be gucci, that hey, they aren't the "pink sisters of vshojo", they are just two friends.
Although you could make the case that Mouse really was hurt by all the comments of "being a shitty friend", which was good for her to talk to people she hadn't really spoken on a 1 to 1 basis, Mel's talk with her today was a good proof that they don't know about each other as before, and it's a good step
