I tried that pose. I think the hip joints are too close together. It'll smush your chuubas legs together at the hip.
Also, you should probably make the ending of the leg joints more parallel, because again, it could smush the feet together. It's not impossible to get a good gen out of this, but you're not doing yourself any favours.
Finally, the alignment of the nose/eyes/face is troublesome. I think it'll make the head far too big compared to the body.
You should trace over an existing image when making an open pose skeleton. There is an extension for that. It can auto detect and then you can adjust the joints as needed.
Unless you have a REALLY SOLID grasp of human anatomy, it's really easy to place a joint in a position that will create deformed anatomy.
