Having people reach out is not the same as organizing a time and date, breaking it down into teams, setting up lobbies, keeping track of scores and not having it be an uninteligeable sound mess. Maximum lobby occupance is 15, that means running 7 lobbies just for the first round, what will she do? have them all back to back meaning that people on game 7 will have to wait more than an hour? have them play simultaneously? having it in different days risking people not being able to show up for more than one day or having to cancel a future appearence?
