Most slowly drift to their real personality (with a twist on it at best). Pekora is much closer to her NND days now, the mean girl part aside. Look at how so many 2nd outfits are almost roommate outfits and they end up wearing it more pretty often.
Matsuri dropped her character real fast and nowadays is more a streamer with an avatar, honestly most of that "gen" barely have had a "character" for while (beside Aki maybe). Akai Haato also is day and night with her origins, Shion dropped it fast, Subaru also changed a shit ton etc.
Gen 5 is pretty huge on this too, Polka gave up a lot of her play, Nene went through like 3 or 4 character changes... it's hard to keep up a character for such a long time while streaming, only few like Luna can pull this off.
