I personally think it's just incompatibility with the current way hololive is going with traditional streamers like Fauna.
Hopefully this becomes a wake up call for Cover to give these girls more options. I don't think they lose anything from letting them be full time streamers compared to graduations and losing income instead. They need some revisions to their work policy.
