>>73440761I'll just go with a general idea of "best" as opposed to iconic since I don't primarily think any of them are really that iconic but at least can be ranked by how "good" they are
>Intro/Greeting"HiRyS, it's IRyS."
Simple, short, sweet and straight to the point. While I wouldn't really call it "iconic" I think it did start the trend of just adding RyS at the end of things which works well enough most of the time. If that constitutes for "iconic" then sure but I feel like the "RyS" part isself would then be more "iconic" and "HiRyS" would be the origin that no one really thinks about. It also flows naturally and doesn't feel forced either
>Sign-off/Outro"I'm your Mori, and I hope you remember me."
It's of a moderate length and is a good pun on "memento mori" which fits her personally and aesthetically. Not to mention it also involves her name which also follows the same naming sense
>Catchphrase"Bau bau!"
It's strange I think it's just something about the energy it has and the vibe it brings that really makes it what it is. Especially since it can kind of be used in any context with any sort of emotion since it's already a normal onomatopoeia. Not to mention it can freely be said back in response so it's kind of like "WAH!" but better with the call-and-response factor Laplus has with "Heed my call!" "Yes, My Dark"
>Fan representationAs a bonus, I'll just throw in that the Takodachi is probably the best fan rep in Holo (or maybe even vtubing in general but I wouldn't know). I guess it's a "strength in simplicity" sort of thing like "Bau bau!" that's easy to draw and easy to mold into anything you want it to be. Also in a canonical sense since they can change shape and camouflage like real octopuses so it's also easy to "merchify" them
>MascotAs a bonus bonus, probably Pero via process-of-elimination since they get the most usage and are the least forgotten among those who even have them. If not for that, I probably would've defaulted to Friend
