It's like she has the broad idea of something good and then just never actually puts in the effort to script it out or put actual creative thought into it.
Last week she ranted about how she wanted work harder to keep up with her coworkers who were putting out creative streams more often but she has a long way to go if she thinks this was anywhere close to being actually creative.
