Multiple Guras exist and they take turns to stream, that's how a Gura who was born from a womb and a Gura who was born from an egg can coexist without contradicting each other. After each stream the Guras go in a lethargy that lasts a week or even a month. The 2 days pauses "she" takes are because there are no Guras available and they're all asleep.
I also assume each Gura is specialized in something in particular, hence why sometimes Gura makes no progress in a game and the stream after she progresses no stop. Or why anons feel like her voice changes every stream.
