I've had times where servers didn't put customer preferences or allergies on tickets and had to remake otherwise perfectly good dishes, and times where people walked out and quit during the dinner rushes. I hate seeing food wastage too because my family came from poor and lower-middle class backgrounds. Never again. I truly empathize and sympathize with them. I couldn't stand the heat, so I got out of the kitchen.
