She had good subcount because of having a model from Nabi but was generally behind in the other two, due to her content being limited and lack of games. The rigging for her model was kindof crap too. At least Rena has a reason for her model and tracking being weird due to her wearing glasses.

A good reason she might not have grown, both and Kogane and to an extent Mizuki, was probably due to again their company's ineptitude. It's not as if they have any advertisements, not even from the beginning, and there are hardly any announcement for the other girls in their company. Whoever manage their channel also does retarded things like privating their videos and placing them in weird playlist that makes it hard to fine but they stopped that now, although that really did hurt their growth a lot.
Kogane's channel is also interesting cause recently they deleted all the people she was friends with like
