I managed to get fairly close with:
masterpiece, best quality, 1girl, one side up, hime cut, side ponytail, sidelocks - and NAI default excludes + twintails, pigtails after a few rolls on the default k_euler_a 28 steps 11 scale. You aren't going to get very far once a character that already has a "strongly defined" hairstyle or tag in general is introduced to the proompt without "exclude engineering". Two examples with marine and varying {{{brackets}}} on the same seed if you want to check full proompt info:

what it likely was trained on, so "order:score side_ponytail" would be a good Danbooru search look like? A long ass side ponytail...
