It's very easy to sour the experience if you're of that mindset, but we must always keep in mind that people aren't being political actors or paragons of their personal believe systems 24/7. Plus, I doubted she'd "hate" the average person who disagrees with her. It takes a lot of energy to really hate, and most people do not even enjoy doing it even when they ought to. Most of the time people are just being people and are happy to interact with other people. I hold strong political views myself I'm sure we all do but we can generally get along with pretty much anyone because most interactions are not political. I can watch someone play a silly videogame and have fun with them because we're just shooting the shit and enjoying the autism unfolding on the screen in front of us. Whether or not they hold a handful of views I would disagree with is irrelevant and should be.
Would someone such as Nyanners probably have something to say about you or me and our politics? Sure, but the same can be said the other way around. Point is, neither party probably truly cares, we just want to play video games.
