I find it hard to believe that it would be jealousy+cliques considering how Noah had pulled ahead of most of LVG back when it was just 4 members of LVG and Noah in IBG. She had the drive to get stronger a standout design and unique voice.
This feels more like ghosting or personal issues between Noah and QP? Ghosting and communication problems tend to happen, Nazuna has jokingly tweeted that she couldn't get any info about APEX because everyone was busy some time back.
Hard to believe that Nazuna would explode with jealousy this late in the game when she has been self conscious of her shortcomings and expressed anxiety in being the weakest link. Maybe Sumire though there was a period where Noah would prefer to collab with Sumire more than anyone.
Anyway I think this is more of a problem between individuals though if I had to pick a side well, it's not like Noah was the most keen to play with Hinano and Ren or her other juniors despite 963fam celebrating Ren and Hinano's addition as "Noah is no longer alone in IBG".
