Gotta say that, with all this "most watched hours" talk, Hal may be pulling an "outside run" with all of his giant streams.
He's a good lad too and deserve everything good that comes to him.
Just checked and Playboard has both Okayu and Mio streams, Holostats missed them. Checked my Youtube push notifications and none of those two were there.
It may not be Holostats failing to pick them up but Youtube failing to send the respective pushes (be it through the API or through the phone)
