The most likely scenarios is that Gibara simply burnt out and lost interest and motivation in streaming, which is evident enough in how she hid in mengen streams last year, or that she's leveraging the contacts she's made to become a seiyuu. Wiping archives is fairly standard SOP, but she's used her Twitter accounts to post some really personal content so I'm not surprised that she might want that wiped too.
I doubt she would drop an extremely lucrative gig with Nijisanji to jump ship to any other agency, and similarly I think it's more likely that she would come back out of retirement and return to Nijisanji before she reincarnates as an indie. Most likely she's just done with streaming.
