Talking from experience though, the first Minecraft collab Kiara did with a Council member (it was Mumei and I remember it because the day got more special afterwards), they were building stuff (the temple and the Torii gate) but they were on a deadline. I expect a mix of both desu. But yeah, this is going to be interesting to see because you know there's more Minecraft afterwards and maybe a fair chance of her popping up on others streams when given the opportunity. You just know this is going to happen because it's Minecraft and it's meant for it.
