last time i checked before pre-nuke of IP count there'd be like 40 IPs on a decent day, 50-60 on some other days with special events etc. or SEA stream but most people are either on his discord/twitter or just became vtubers themselves to communicate with each other. not crazy like the Vesper days but cozy and comfortable enough imo if you're willing to engage with people
