"real life, photo \(medium\), photo background" will generate more realistic backgrounds, but realistic stuff shouldn't appear if not prompted for.
It's still an anime lora, it can't generate realistic faces on anime models - https://litter.catbox.moe/a9nqmk.jpg Clip skip 1 usually works better than clip skip 2 with this version.
