What have /vt/'s favorite albums been the last year?
1. Blue Journey - 10/10. Best holo production by far, amazing work all around on it. It's fun, uplifting, inspiring, magical in all the right ways.
2. Hop Step Sheep - Never liked watame's tunes, but this album is a huge step up from her past work. you can tell she put a ton of effort into this one. Last half is super catchy and fun.
3. Starpeggio - Really nice suisei album. Not as good as Stellar Stellar, but a nice sounding album overall.
4. Towa's album - Solid album. Not my favorite production but showed her range and style.
5. ZODIAC, Baelz - Half of this album is dogwater and is carried by Hololive vets. It's kind of funny she collabed with NONE of her holoEN mates and picked 4 of the most popular jp girls. Bite Bite and Hide and Seek are stuck in my head. 818 and Eien are her best solo tracks. Her english rapping/talking voice is terrible and she should stick with japanese singing. It's very "holobronie cringecore". Overall disappointing album, would be higher if a few tracks were better.
6. Sora/Azki collab. Azki is my oshii and I love all her albums, but this one didn't do it for me. Not much replayability, and I listen to each album hundreds of times. I'd rate all their solo albums above this one.
7. MEGAMI - peko was fucking adorable on this album. fun listen but not very good musically.
From the singles, I think Kanata will be 4 or 5.
