>>88693951) I suppose that depends on what you mean by "fancy", but I guess not, no. What I want out of the assets aren't fanciness, but a way to increase the visual entertainment factor. Do something interesting or amusing instead.
2) None are ABSOLUTELY vital, I'll watch even just a png + gameplay if the stream is entertaining enough.

4) Absolutely not necessary, yet they will always be seen and almost are always lesser.
5) As I said before, they just need to be entertaining enough. A L2D doesn't magically make a streamer interesting.
6) Corpse is an obvious answer. Prof Bloom was great too (in his singing streams). Beyond that, I've often been in streams that had to replace the usual animated model with a png for whatever reason yet weren't any less entertaining. The issue with a lot of the perma-pngs is that they might not be upgrading because they're not serious about vtubing or their content in the first place, so you'll also have the laziest backloggers there.
