If I want to improve in the anatomy department I probably need to learn the parts of the body and more or less their size relative to each other. You are able to see much more many things than I do it's incredible. I think I have a pdf of a book called "anatomy for sculptors" or something, Ill try to go over the parts you named and try to incorporate what you just told me into the drawing. I've been a lazy ass for too long, I need to start studying seriously.
