Repeat to step 1 with like the 10+ images I cherry picked and go have a snack.I do it this way over hires fix + refiner on a pony model because I don't want to upscale every gen in a batch of like 3x10 if half or more are gonna be duds it would be a massive waste of time. Better to cherry pick 10 out of a batch of 60 or something and spend 5 mins manually queuing them.
The reason I keep pony artist LoRA and pos/neg tags when I gen on Illustrious is just logistics, when I PNG Info -> Img2img it copies all tags used, if I had Illustrious tags I'll need to replace it's pos/neg, artist with my pony one for each image I plan to upscale, that is lot of clicking and copy and pasting. If I already have pony tags I just need to replace 1 things, character tags.
>Quite interested to see how it looks if I use an Illustrious artist mix for base gen, but with a Pony mix when upscaling - wonder how it will blend.I find that my pony mix come through pretty well even if the Illust output is bright and fried, I can always up the denoise to get my style back at the cost of maybe changing the composition, but I've yet to see that happen at 0.5 denoise.
