Which is kinda ridiculous nowadays when there's so many free tools and resources to start. You have Vroid, Kyuupin's Vtuber Kit, dozens of free/cheap ready to use models, multiple png options, OCEANS of other assets...
Here's example of what can be done with Vtuber Kit. It's still in very early alpha stage of development, but it's already fully useable and even complete retard can use it. Is it most detailed, intricate, technologically superior model? Not at all but it's good for start, is free and is easy to use.
