Realistically, sitting on 36+ percents, Yagoo more or less beholden only to his seed investors and legal system around stocks. You could argue that Mizuho - core seed investor of Cover is connected to blackrock but thats a stretch in my opinion, considering that every giant institution will inevitably be somehow connected to it.
If i had to point a finger at someone - then i'd blame STRIVE, cause they joined later and with a large sum, so i can see them negatively influencing a lot of suits decisions, but thats just a blind guess.
