it doesn't need to be complicated, just picks up the same spout2 channel obs does and shares it over steam like vts does and then just relays the others coming in
haven't looked into it, but it doesn't seem like it'd be difficult in theory
also green doki makes thumbnails for all her soop vods, first one I've seen do that
