thats not to say a mouse isnt a trash fucking drawing tool, even if you like to doodle casually ive had this 40 dollar wacom thats survived 3ish years and still going, id recommend one if you do art in any capacity.
if you dont want a tablet ill just mention that mice draw based on pixel position the input was captured, depending on your program there isnt much concept of a "stroke" going on behind the curtains so depending on your zoom level, monitor resolution and capture frequency lines come out in these blocky squiggles. i used to use mouse with an old laptop and the line quality is just innately horrible
