What I want to know is what Mio intends to do when she actually reaches whatever goal weight she set for herself. Obviously the weight won't just stay off on its own and has to be maintained, so is she going to keep counting calories indefinitely and permanently give herself yet another thing to be stressed out over? Or is she going to go back to her old eating habits and let herself be happy, but gain a load of weight back and render the entire diet arc pointless?
I'm also still clueless as to why she suddenly started caring so much about her weight in the first place, I feel like I must've missed something because it came completely out of left field for me.
