>>59961464They do it because it's entirely logical to load up the stream for 5 minutes before starting exactly at a specific time. If the stream says it's gonna start at 7 PM, then the streamer should be ready to go exactly at 7 PM.
Like others have stated already, they're simply being professional and using the stream start time correctly instead of having 15 minutes of loading with a pinned message that says "Oopsie woopsie I'm getting chips and oatmeal because I didn't eat or sleep or shit or piss ecks fucking dee."
Fuwamoco are the normal ones here.
