On-stream is completely different for sure and the only moderation there is the will of the mods and it is in real time, so that is best for a direct line of contact, but there is no one to say "anon, you are a retard" besides your oshi, which chances are, for many on there, that is exactly what they want. It is how they get off: on giving a dogshit opinion. Very happy for you that you think your oshi cares though. Whatever helps you sleep at night.
