For what I've seen of general audiences, most really don't care, I've seen VShojo Room Reviews with Holo and VShojo merch together, I have seen Nijifags that like some of the girls at Holo, and VShojo and Niji used to have common fans before they were getting the 3 from Niji.
Talent side, some are fond with each other, ad some respect the other trajectory, and/or don't want to be involved with the other in terms of business (which is respectable). There's no public scrutiny, bad blood or anything like that, known. Even some staff members recognize and are able to establish good relationships with each company.
Of course each company is gonna have their elitists, of course some talents won't agree of the conditions the other works with, and that's fine. Everyone here is a dick because that's the rule of the land. Not really something someone can prevent or do something about it.
