March-Gunrun meets Kson in Japan
Late March-VShojo emails the auditionees saying they need an extra month
1 month later-They tell the auditionees there will be no interview and offer 500 dollars to 'help with their future activities'
1 month later-VShojo announce Kagura Nana is working on something for them (Naz model)
1 month after that- Kson and Nazuna are announced at AX.
I think it comes back to what Vei said about managements weird obsession with hololive. They genuinely thought they could just add 2 ex-holos and and it would be over for them.
TLDR-Vshojo management retarded.
