tl;dr:
- there's gonna be a MASSIVE drop off of views in your debut vs all the rest of your streams
- there's a weird 10-20 viewer phenomenon where male envtubers won't break 10 viewers
- male debuff is real (pic related)
- twitch > youtube for male vtuber debuts
- advertising pre-debut helps retain viewers in the long run
- if you want to survive you need to keep networking/advertising to grow, organic growth doesn't exist (just hoping that viewers will randomly find you)
