She effectively doubled her average CCV by actively courting people that are very unlikely to give her money directly, but it could also mean that her revenue increased simply because there's just that many more people watching that provide YouTube quality ad space. The Sponsorship opportunities also increase from the increase since that means that the company can charge more to have her present/attend sponsored events.
