It's also less about the company if you have different branches, specially if they don't interact a lot. Company would be more like a loose connection between two distinct pantheons in that case, like how Council and nepolabo are two distinct pantheons sharing a connection through the umbrella of holo gods. If they interact a lot tho, you can probably make them the same pantheon, just with different groups giving different importance to the gods.
