I think that people need to understand that what Hololive is living is not even especially a bad thing. The company is as strict as it is because we've seen how little mistakes could lead to the worst consequences over the years. It does have its problems since streaming is basically not even the main activity of Hololive anymore, but for the new girls it's literally an occasion of a lifetime.
You have to see it similarly to seeing a small bakery that few used to shop at turning into a multinational bread-selling chain with stores everywhere. The older employees and clients may not all stay on the boat, but in the end it's realistically for the best for everyone. In the end, the memories you hold about the "old" Hololive will all burn away, slowly but surely, as everything does in life. If you wanna go on top of the mountain, you can't pay too much attention to those who fall down in the process.
